Season 3 of One Piece, often called “Enter Chopper at the Winter Island,” follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they search for a doctor after Nami becomes seriously ill. The crew travels to Drum Island, a winter-covered kingdom ruled by the tyrannical Wapol. While trying to save Nami, Luffy and Sanji climb a dangerous mountain to reach the only doctor available, Dr. Kureha. There, they meet Tony Tony Chopper, a shy reindeer who gained human abilities after eating a Devil Fruit and serves as Kureha’s assistant. After confronting Wapol and helping restore hope to the island, Chopper overcomes his past fears and joins the Straw Hat crew as their new doctor, marking an important emotional and strategic addition to the team.
